Press Release

The Tibor de Nagy Gallery is pleased to present its second exhibition of work by Carolyn Harris. The exhibition includes a selection of recent paintings, watercolors and pastels. The work depicts both the lush, rich landscape, and the rugged shores of Gloucester, Massachusetts, where the artist spends her summers. Equally at home in various mediums, she captures the crisp blue shoreline, beautiful autumn fields, and lush foliage. Harris received a B.F.A. in painting from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and an M.A. from U.N.C. at Chapel Hill. The artist’s work has been included in numerous group exhibitions since 1960.

An exhibition catalogue is available.
